Aufnahmen zum jeweils folgenden Schuljahr sind prinzipiell möglich, jedoch nur unter Beachtung:

• der Gesamtkapazität der Schule

• des Vorhandenseins von Plätzen in den einzelnen Klassen

• einer guten Prognose zur Integration des Bewerbers in das Schulprofil und den gymnasialen Anspruch der Schule

Interessenten werden daher in der Regel in einer Warteliste geführt und zum Schuljahresende über Erfolg oder Nichterfolg des Aufnahmeantrags informiert.

Aufnahmen während des laufenden Schuljahrs werden nur in begründeten Ausnahmefällen zugelassen.

Hierüber entscheidet die Schulleitung, gegebenenfalls in Rücksprache mit der Schulsozialarbeiterin.

Um einen Antrag zu stellen und in die Warteliste aufgenommen zu werden übersenden Sie der Schule bitte dieses Formular und eine Kopie des letzten Schulzeugnisses zu Händen Herrn Breitkopf.

Admission during the current school year or at the start of the following school year is possible in principle, subject to:

• the school’s overall capacity;

• places being available in the relevant classes;

• capacity in second foreign language courses;

• changes in the enrollment of current pupils, for example due to relocation or repeating a grade; and

• a positive assessment of the applicant’s likely ability to settle into the school and meet its academic standards.

Applicants are therefore generally placed on a waiting list and informed of the outcome of their application at the end of the school year.

Admission during the current school year is granted only in justified exceptional cases. The school leadership makes this decision, consulting the school social worker where appropriate.
